Adult Faith Formation seeks to foster a practice of lifelong learning in faith by providing educational and spiritual opportunities that serve the needs and interests of adult members of our Parish.

Areas such as Scripture and Theology, Moral and Social Issues, Church and Liturgy, and Spirituality and Personal Growth.

RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a rite of the Roman Catholic Church through which unbaptized adults coming from non-Christian or backgrounds where they have practiced no faith tradition, non-Catholic Christians, who desire to become Catholic, are welcomed into Full Communion with the Catholic Church through RCIA.

RCIA is a process the follows the rhythms of the liturgical year with its culmination in the Easter Sacraments celebrated at the Easter Vigil. RCIA sessions run on Sunday mornings following the 10 AM Mass at our sister parish, Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, in Centerport, in the Good Samaritan Room on the lower level of the church. Those who are interested in learning more about the faith and are considering becoming a Catholic and those who are looking to learn more about their faith are welcome to attend. The process begins in the Fall of each year.
